Generally, what inspires you to read?
Everything. Reading often and well, is an accomplishment that I take very seriously and enjoy.
When did you first read To Kill a Mockingbird?
7th grade
How did you come to read this book?
It’s one of my mother’s favorite books. I found her copy and she told me that it was something that I needed to read. It’s been my favorite book ever since I picked it up.
Why has this book inspired you the most?
As an English major, I enjoy it for the beautiful way in which it is written, in addition, I love it for its powerful message.
In reading this book, how has your life been influenced or changed?
I definitely continue to think about the message of the novel and attempt to take lessons from it.
