Generally, what inspires you to read?
I love to learn. Reading enables you to not just learn but to be transported to another place.
When did you first read The Beggar's Strike?
I read it while I was in Senegal.
How did you come to read this book?
It was recommended reading to better understand Senegalese culture.
Why has this book inspired you the most?
It shows how people are all connected and how disenfranchised people can join together to beat the system.
In reading this book, how has your life been influenced or changed?
