Generally, what inspires you to read?
I get inspired to read when I hear good things about a book, or if I become interested in a certain topic.
When did you first read Go Ask Alice?
When I was in 8th grade
How did you come to read this book?
My friend told me about it and I became very interested.
Why has this book inspired you the most?
The girl in this book has so many ups and downs in her life. She gets into drugs, then tries to make something of herself. It's very interesting. I don't think she ends up off drugs and happy, but the rollercoaster of her life makes me feel like even if you mess up you can get yourself back on track. The girl does, and I find this inspiring, even if in the end her life turned out badly.
In reading this book, how has your life been influenced or changed?
It has made me more aware of the effects of drugs and decisions that people make. It made me not want to make some of the mistakes made in this book.
